Best known as Uttarakhand’s main domestic airport, Jolly Grant is located 23 kms from the State Capital, Dehradun. Jolly Grant is located in a forest land which is part of the Rajaji National Park. Dehradun is also best known as the gateway to the hill station of Mussoorie as well as the pilgrimage cities of Haridwar and Rishikesh. The city of Dehradun is known for its weather. Approx 24 kms away from Rishikesh, and only 270 km from Delhi, this quaint little village near Dehradun provides accessibility to all parts of the state.

The homestay has a set of 3 rooms on the Ground Floor and 2 rooms on the First Floor, each having an attached bathroom. Two of the guest rooms also have an attached kitchenette for those staying for a longer duation and wanting to prepare their own meals.
Know Your Host
Rajendra Singh and his family are residents of Bhaniawala for many years. Every nook and corner of Jolly Grant is so well known to him. He is a simple farmer who loves to talk about nature, farming and social issues. He treats every tree like his own children. He is a good guide and a cook who along with his wife takes care of the home and the guests.
Food
The homestay serves freshly sooked local cusine and North Indian vegetarian food. Non-vegetarian is available only on demand. Most of the vegetables upplied to the kitchen come from their own organic farm. Breakfast is servced as per your choice like Paratha with curd or tea, Sandwich, Butter, Toast or bread omelette or puri Bhaji. Dinneris served wutg a combination of North Indian and Kumaoni food. Nandini HOmestay has a small dairy farm of their own, so you get milk and other dairy products fresh always.
